  1. This offer is open to residents of the UK, CI, IoM and ROI aged 18 years or over only and excludes employees (and their families) of 3M United Kingdom PLC, their agencies or any other company or person professionally connected with the promotion.
  1. This promotion cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer. No consumer groups or third party applications accepted.
  1. For every valid purchase of Post-it® Note colour packs and Post-it® Index products (stickered packs only), consumers will receive one free play of Deal or No Deal. The free play is based on an online variation of the Deal or No Deal game format.
  1. To participate, consumers must visit www.post-it.co.uk/dealornodeal and enter the unique code as printed on the promotional sticker. Once input, consumers are offered a red box containing an undisclosed amount. Before a decision is made whether to open the box, a Banker’s offer is disclosed. Consumers can choose whether to ‘deal’ and accept the Banker’s offer, or ‘no deal’ and opt for the undisclosed amount within the box.
  1. There are 336,309 rewards available. Red box rewards are randomly allocated, and are available in denominations of £0.02; £0.10; £1.00; £5.00; £10.00; £15.00; £25.00; £50.00. Banker’s offers are randomly allocated, and are available in denominations of £0.01; £0.05; £0.50; £1.00; £2.50; £7.50; £12.50; £25.00.
  1. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative reward of equal or greater value.
  1. Rewards can be banked, cashed or donated to charity. Consumers wishing to bank their rewards will be asked to set up an online user account. If consumers wish to participate on multiple occasions, they will be asked whether they wish for each new reward to be added to their online user account. Rewards can be cashed at any time. Consumers wishing to cash their reward(s) will be asked to submit their personal details, and will be sent a personal cheque to the value of their reward within 28 days. All banked monies must be claimed by 31.03.09. Banked monies not claimed by this date will be donated to the designated charity. Consumers may also donate their reward(s) to charity. Details of the designated charity (The Genesis Appeal: UK Registered Charity Number 1109839) can be found on the promotional website.
  1. Only online participation is allowed.  No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received or which are corrupted in any way or by any means. No consumer groups or third party applications accepted.
  1. Each code can only be entered once.  Following entry, each code becomes invalid.  Incomplete or indecipherable entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions are invalid. All entries are subject to verification. Unlimited entries per person per day are permitted providing each new entry is accompanied by a new code.
  1. No purchase necessary in NI. Those wishing to participate should submit a SAE to 3M Deal or No Deal NPN, PO Box 99, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP19 8RR. NPN participants will be sent a unique code via post within 28 days, for the participant to enter the promotion via the promotional website. NPN entries are restricted to one per household per month.
  1. A test of skill will form part of the judging of participants from the ROI. Participants from the ROI will be required to successfully answer a question of skill as a precondition of claiming their reward.
  1. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  1. Employees should check their contract of employment for eligibility to apply and where necessary seek permission from their employers or senior managers in order to participate.
  1. Any tax liability arising from the prizes will be the responsibility of the recipient.
  1. Acceptance of these terms and conditions and promotional instructions is a condition of entry. Retain these terms and conditions for future reference.
