3. Where can I download my claim form?

You don't need a claim form for this offer - simply log on to our website at
post-it.co.uk/dealornodeal and enter the code from the sticker on your pack!


4. There is no sticker on my pack, can I still apply?

Unfortunately, you can only apply via stickered products. There are only a limited number of stickered products, so hurry while stocks last!


5. There is a sticker on my pack but it is damaged / the code is missing. What should I do?

6. How many times can I claim?

You can participate as many times as you like! Simply enter a new code to play again each time.


7. My code is invalid. What should I do?

Make sure you have not used the code already. Check it is entered correctly and try again. Please contact our 3M Deal or No Deal Customer Service team on +44 (0) 800 121 8692 (Lines open Mon-Fri 9am-5pm), they will be happy to help with your query.


8. I accidentally selected the wrong deal option / the wrong claim option. Can I change my mind?

Unfortunately not. You only get one chance to play, so take your time and choose wisely!


9. My mobile number has not been accepted / I can't hear the Banker's offer. What should I do?

You can still continue to play without a phone number. If you couldn't hear The Bankers offer you can continue to play online.


Your Reward

10. How can I claim my reward?

There are 3 different ways to claim your reward:

  • BANK

    If you intend to play more than one game, you can choose to bank your rewards. Just click the 'Bank' button when prompted then register to set up an account. Your reward will be stored in this account so next time you play you can add to it! You can choose to stop banking and cash your total reward at any time, just log onto your account and choose 'Cash'. You will be asked to confirm your personal details, and your total reward value will be delivered as a personal cheque within 28 days.

    Remember, the promotion closes on 31.03.09. All banked rewards not claimed by this date will be donated to charity.

  • CASH

    Once your reward has been revealed, you can choose to cash it immediately. Simply click the 'Cash' button when prompted then enter the required personal details. Your reward will be delivered as a personal cheque within 28 days.

  • DONATE

    You can choose to donate your reward to charity. The registered charity is The Genesis Appeal (Registered Charity Number: 1109839).

    The Genesis Appeal is the only charity in the UK entirely dedicated to the prevention of breast cancer. Based at their purpose built breast cancer prevention centre in Manchester - Europe's first - they fund vital research into the prevention and early diagnosis of this terrible disease.

    Currently 1 in 10 women in the UK will develop breast cancer in their lifetime. Their mission is to create a future without breast cancer by making 1 in 10, none in 10. JOIN THE FIGHT TO MAKE 1 IN 10, NONE IN 10.

11. How will my reward be delivered?

Your reward will be delivered as a personal cheque. You can pay the cheque directly into your bank account in the usual way.


12. When will my reward be delivered?

Your reward will be delivered within 28 days.


13. How soon does the reward need to be paid into my account?

As with a standard cheque, your cheque is valid for six months after the date it was issued. So make sure you remember to pay it in so you can treat yourself!


14. Where can I use my cheque?

Your reward should be treated in the same way as a standard cheque. Some restrictions can apply - please see individual retailers for details before making your purchase.


15. If I redeem several times will I receive separate cheques or one cheque for the full amount?

The amount on each cheque will reflect how you choose to cash your reward. For example, if you cash each reward individually, you will receive separate cheques. If you bank your rewards and cash only once, you will receive one cheque for the full amount. We suggest the latter.
